General Requirements

• Applicant or family member who is a permanent resident of Punjab as per his/her CNIC.
• Applicant is sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas and land up to 10 Marla in rural areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, wherein he/she intends to build his/her house.
• Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities and heinous crimes etc.
• Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution/bank etc.
• Only Online Application will be accepted.
