Meezan Bank is hiring Rural Banking Officers (RBO) to promote Agriculture
and Rural Banking services across multiple locations in Pakistan. The role involves developing relationships
with farmers, rural businesses and communities, generating financing leads, mobilizing deposits and
supporting financial inclusion initiatives.

General Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com or equivalent). Qualification in
Islamic Finance will be preferred
- Age Limit: 18–25 years as of July 31, 2026.
- Age Relaxation: 2 years for Hafiz-e-Quran, differently-abled persons and candidates
with Dars-e-Nizami / Shahadat-ul-Alamiyah from an HEC-recognized board
- Motorcycle: Must have a motorcycle with a valid motorcycle driving license.
- Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, customer relationship management and
business development skills
- Experience: Banking experience preferred; fresh candidates are encouraged to
