Scheme Description
The Chief Minister Punjab Rural Women Livestock Asset Transfer Program 2026 is a Punjab
Government initiative to provide free cows or buffaloes to eligible rural widowed and
divorced women in selected districts of South Punjab. The program aims to reduce poverty, promote
self-employment, and help women earn a sustainable income through livestock farming.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy all of the following conditions to qualify for the scheme:
- Gender & Residence: Must be a female resident of a rural (dehati) area in Punjab.
- Marital Status: Must be a Widow (Beewa) or Divorced (Talaq Yafta) woman.
- Age Limit: Age must be 55 years or less.
- District: Must belong to one of the eligible South Punjab districts.
- Poverty Score: Poverty Score (PMT) must be 32 or less.
- PSER Registration: Must be registered in the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER).
- No Prior Benefit: Must not have received any animal from any government livestock
scheme in the past 5 years.
- CNIC & SIM: Must have a valid CNIC and a mobile SIM registered in her own name.

How To Apply
Interested and eligible rural women can register themselves online by following these steps:
- Visit the official application portal: attrw.punjab.gov.pk.
- Make sure you are already registered in the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER). If not, complete your
PSER registration first.
- Enter your valid CNIC and the mobile number registered in your name.
- Provide details regarding your marital status (Widow/Divorced) and district of residence.
- Submit your form online. Your application status and PMT score will be verified automatically.
